OPEN SCHOOL PROGRAM / HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM

 

What is OPEN SCHOOL PROGRAM / HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM?

It is an alternative mode of formal education run by Victory Elijah Christian College with government recognition by the Department of Education of the Republic of the Philippines.  The program provides an opportunity for preschool pupils, elementary learners and highschool students to complete education in a purely distance learning mode.  The program provides printed self-learning modules for students to use for their lessons and other learning activities.

 

Who are qualified to enroll under the OPEN SCHOOL PROGRAM / HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM?

Student who wishes to avail of the program must meet the following qualifications:

  1.  Filipino citizen (local or foreign), anywhere located.

  2. Foreigners who wanted to study in the Philippines

  3. Independent learner

  4. Must submit the following requirements

    1. Original report card from school last attended

    2. Scanned and email ID picture

    3. Scanned and email Birth Certificate.

Why offer OPEN SCHOOL PROGRAM / HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM?

The program is intended for students who would otherwise be unable to pursue formal/conventional education due to rigid requirement of regular class schedules.  It is an alternative to attending regular classes.
